The following is a sampling of calls received by the central dispatch office for Quay County, based at the Tucumcari Police Department.
Feb. 15
• 10:02 a.m., a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a dispute.
• 2:52 p.m., Lawrence Rivas, 40, was arrested for a warrant on the 400 block of East High Avenue. Rivas was taken to the Quay County Detention Center.
• 3:15 p.m., Jesse Lunn, 27 and Joseph Lunn, 25 were arrested for warrants on the corner of South Fourth Street and West Hancock Avenue. Lunn and Lunn were taken to QCDC.
• 3:20 p.m., a man walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a theft.
• 3:33 p.m., a man reported an unwanted man at a motel on the 1700 block of East Route 66.
• 11:54 p.m., a woman reported a prowler on the 1300 block of South Fourth Street. The woman told the officer that someone was trying to open the door to the residence. An officer advised all was OK.
Feb. 16
• 12:56 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the 800 block of West Route 66. Karina Martinez, 19, was arrested for driving under the influence and was taken to QCDC.
• 5:28 p.m., a woman reported an assault on the 100 block of West Route 66. An officer advised all was OK.
• 7:58 p.m., a man reported a burglary at a residence on the 1900 block of South Rock Island Street.
• 8:50 p.m.,. a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 500 block of South Eighth Street.
Feb. 17
• 12:08 a.m., an alarm was reported at the elementary school on the 1600 block of South Ninth Street. An officer advised all was OK.
• 9:44 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on State Highway 209 at mile marker 61. Michael Martinez, 45, was arrested for driving while license suspended or revoked. Martinez was taken to QCDC.
• 9:57 a.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on State Highway 209 mile marker 76. Jospeh Salazar, 35 and June Ysco, 33, were arrested for warrants and taken to QCDC.
• 11:39 a.m., a woman walked into the Police Department on the 200 block of East Center Street to report a fraud.
• 12:06 p.m., an officer conducted a traffic stop on the corner of South Dawson Street and East Route 66. James Smith, 60, was arrested for a warrant and was taken to QCDC.
• 2:15 p.m., Brandon McKinney, 27, was arrested on the 900 block of South Jackson Street for a probation violation. McKinney was taken to QCDC.
• 4:17 p.m., a man reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 1900 block of South Fifth Street. Kelsey Smith, 19, was arrested for battery on a household member and taken to QCDC.
• 5:07 p.m., David Royce Shivers, 30, was arrested on the 700 block of Ocelot Drive for a warrant. Shivers was taken to QCDC.
Feb. 18
• 10:01 a.m., a woman reported a burglary at a residence on the 700 block of West Sunset Avenue.
• 11:26 a.m., a woman reported a domestic dispute at a residence on the 900 block of South Adams Street. Samuel Pruitt, 46, was arrested for assault against a household member and was taken to QCDC.
• 2:25 p.m., Amanda Garcia, 29, was arrested for a probation violation at an office on the 100 block of East Main Street. Garcia was taken to QCDC.
• 3:14 p.m., Manuel Ramirez, 26, was arrested for a warrant on the 100 block of East Main Street. Ramirez was taken to QCDC.
